Evil for good

During a debate there is nothing more defeating than raising a brilliant point only for it to be used by the opposition for their favour. Not only does it kill your morale, it nullifies your aforementioned points and all the efforts you made when preparing for the debate.

Genesis 50:20 NKJV: But as for you, you meant evil against me; but  God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it  is this day, to save many people alive.

The same thing happens in the debate that is life. The devil is very cunning to plot evil against the children of God. Most of the time, it does seem like prevailing. However there is a turning point when God manipulates the situations (point) in our life. What the devil had devised to kill us, steal from us and destroy us, God uses that to give us overwhelming victory. This kind of victory not only nullifies every device of the devil till that point, but it gives God glory, confirming that He shall surely never leave nor forsake us.

Romans 8:28And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Joseph’s brothers were far from kind to him. They wanted him dead. They sold him to foreigners. His life only got worse as he experienced other misfortunes. However at the end, God’s power was made manifest in Joseph’s life when he was made governor. All the evil Joseph experienced resulted in a greater good that nullified all the misfortunes he had experienced.

What is it that is giving you sleepless nights and constant headaches? Whatever it is, it will work out to benefit you. You may not understand how and you don’t need to understand how. Just know that one thing is certain and that it is overwhelming victory.

Psalms 34 vs 19 Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, God will deliver you from it. That is certain . Learn from the experience. You will need the lessons in your future.
